Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we allow up 100 days for you to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, providing that they are unused and in their original condition.

Our goodwill refund and exchange policy does not apply to goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene purposes (e.g. underwear).

In the unlikely case that you would like to return an item, please complete the Return Form on your invoice and send it back with your purchase to the following address:

If you would like to use the pre-printed return shipping label, attach it to your package and take it to a UPS drop-off location. Returns cost $9.99 – you will not be asked to pay at the drop-off location, instead this amount will be deducted from your returned goods value. If you are returning your purchase for an exchange, return shipping is free.

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 30 days from the date of reception of your return. If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, you can claim a refund of return costs by sending us a copy of your certificate of mailing. In all other circumstances, you will be responsible for return costs.
